Refund Policy
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Who you're buying from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
How refunds work
Refund requests are reviewed under Paddle's Refund Policy (paddle.com/legal/refund-policy) and the consumer laws where you live. Depending on where you are, the law may give you a right to cancel a purchase and get a refund within a set number of days after buying; where it does, that right always applies.
We don't offer a separate money-back guarantee on top of those rights. You can try the free lessons and practice problems before you buy.
We always fix our own mistakes
Whenever it happens, we'll refund:
- a duplicate or incorrect charge;
- a billing error on our side;
- a period in which a serious technical problem on our side kept you from using Pro.
How to ask for a refund
Email datacodingsupport@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the order reference from your Paddle receipt, or contact Paddle directly through the link in that receipt (paddle.net). An approved refund goes back to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from your account page or through the link in your Paddle receipt. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling isn't the same as a refund: the current period isn't refunded unless a refund applies as described above.
Renewals
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before the renewal date shown on your account page.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country or province.
