A word game gives bonus points for answers that read the same forwards and backwards. Players type whole phrases, so spaces, punctuation and capitals shouldn't count.
Write a function is_palindrome(phrase) that returns True if the letters of the phrase, in lower case, read the same backwards, and False otherwise.
